We were there for eoft. Unfortunately, the theater was much more focused on taking as much money from us as possible instead of focusing on giving us a good experience. Guests were forced by the staff to put their coats in the Garderobe due to "sicherheitsgrund" which is already ridiculous. If you actually have a safety problem with it (which I don't know what it could be), then you need to inform people exactly what the risk is. If you choose not to do that, then the least you HAVE to do is to not charge for the service. If the theater requires me to turn in my coat, then you have to give the service for free. But at the end, it looks like it was just a big scheme to take more money from us. ABSURD! Furthermore, because nobody knew about this s-t-u-p-i-d rule, everyone waited until the last minute to enter the theater, which meant there was a big line to turn in coats. This also meant that many people were late for the start of the show, despite having arrived on time. They should have informed everyone days in advance of this ridiculous idea. Then, we had a 15-minute interval, in which we could buy very overpriced drinks. However, we were not allowed to bring it inside, which meant we had to chugg our beers in 15 minutes, which is unrealistic. The interval must be longer (or you allow drinks inside) The theater itself is runned down, the chairs are uncomfortable, and the sound system often times hard to understand.
